We then had Michael come out for a measure and discuss the process. He even explained the process for us to use the same keys as our other doors which I was really happy about.
On install day we had Toki who was really friendly come and install our doors. He worked really efficiently and was very respectful as we were navigating a newborn at the time. Toki identified a few minor issues with some of the parts he was given to install and explained that someone will come later to install these. I really appreciated that he made sure that we received the best quality install and didn’t just proceed with something that wasn’t 100%. Toki also gave us a bit of a rundown on how the security locks work which was helpful to understand.
About a week later, Dean came to finish the install. Dean was also very friendly and respectful. The install has now been completed and we are really happy that we have more airflow in the house without a compromise to our security. The doors operate really smoothly with great visibility through the screens.
